Going to college: mixing students from dozens of different schools, cities, towns, states, families. How do you cope? For Ben the question was especially critical. Raised in a rural area by a loving, God-fearing family, he had never experienced alcohol, never sworn, and sex was nowhere near his agenda. College threw him into a completely new culture. Alcohol was everywhere, and all his friends drank. The guys on his floor couldn't finish a sentence without swearing. And -- well, there were lots of girls. Ben rationalized: He was old enough to make his own decisions.
