"Don't worry, be happy." Those words were made famous (and perhaps annoying) by Bobby McFerrin's song by the same title in the late '80s. Some of the lyrics were:
Here's a little song I wrote.
You might want to sing it note for note:
Don't worry, be happy.
In every life we have some trouble,
But when you worry you make it double.
Don't worry, be happy.
The attitude in the song is a little too carefree to make it fully echo Jesus (Matthew 5:25-34) and Paul (Philippians 4:1-9), but it does get at the joy of faith.
