Materials
Thick string or yarn (2" lengths)
Pony beads -- different colors
Instructions
Give each child two 2-inch pieces of thick string or yarn. Have them string each piece of string with a different color of pony beads (you can use the same color, but it is more effective with two different colors). Tie the ends of the first beaded piece together into a circular ring. Pull one end of the other string of beads through the first circle and tie the ends tightly, making intersecting rings that cannot be taken apart easily!
